AEROKORA may offer promotional discounts, cashback opportunities, giveaways, referral rewards, limited-time campaigns, and other marketing offers from time to time.
Participation in any promotion is voluntary and subject to this Policy. Promotions may be limited by eligibility, order value, product availability, timing, location, or other requirements stated by AEROKORA.
Email Subscription Discount
Eligible customers who subscribe to AEROKORA's by their email and their phone number may receive a one-time 5% discount code for their first purchase.
The discount code will be delivered to the email address and phone number provided during subscription and may only be used by eligible first-time customers.
AEROKORA reserves the right to verify eligibility before accepting any promotional code.
Discount Codes
Customers may use any valid discount code or promotional code available to them. However, only one discount code, promotional code, or promotional offer may be applied per order.
Multiple discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined within the same transaction unless expressly stated by AEROKORA.
- Discount codes have no cash value
- Discount codes may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
- Discount codes may be limited to certain products, customers, order values, or time periods
- AEROKORA may cancel or reject invalid, expired, or misused codes
Cashback Program
All customers, regardless of whether a discount code was used during purchase, may be eligible to participate in AEROKORA's cashback promotion.
Following a purchase, customers may be presented with cashback information through a post-purchase message, pop-up, email, or other communication method.
Participation in the cashback program is optional and subject to review and approval by AEROKORA.
Cashback Eligibility
To request cashback, the customer must complete the following requirements after receiving the purchased product:
- Wear the purchased AEROKORA product
- Post a photo, video or story featuring or review the product on social media platform such as, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok
- Clearly tag, mention, or identify AEROKORA in the content
- Make sure the product is clearly visible in the posted content
- Keep the content publicly available during the review period
Failure to satisfy any of these requirements may result in denial of the cashback request.
Review and Payment
Submitted content may be reviewed within approximately 24 hours after submission. Approval of any cashback request is solely at AEROKORA's discretion.
If approved, the cashback process may begin approximately 7 to 8 business days after the customer post a photo, video or story on social mediea and approve.
Approved cashback will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, financial institutions, and internal review requirements.
Restrictions
AEROKORA reserves the right to deny, cancel, reverse, or withhold cashback if:
- The product is not clearly visible in the content
- AEROKORA is not properly tagged, mentioned, or identified
- The content is deleted, hidden, restricted, or made unavailable before review
- False, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent activity is suspected
- Multiple accounts are used to abuse the promotion
- The customer violates any AEROKORA policy or applicable law
- The promotion is used in a way that is inconsistent with its intended purpose
All decisions regarding cashback eligibility, approval, denial, or reversal are final.
