AEROKORA uses independent third-party shipping carriers to deliver orders.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery and transportation are handled by that carrier. AEROKORA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft after delivery, misdelivery, carrier errors or other delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility is imposed on us by applicable law.

We may assist with reviewing tracking information or communicating with the applicable carrier. Any replacement, refund, claim or other resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment, the carrier's investigation, our applicable policies and any rights available under applicable law.

If tracking confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, AEROKORA is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.
