AEROKORA is committed to a fair and transparent refund experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date your order is confirmed as delivered to request a return. We want to make sure every AEROKORA customer feels looked after, so if something is not right we are here to help.

Please note: we do not offer exchanges. All eligible requests will be processed as refunds only.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and labels must be fully intact and attached
  • Item must be in its original AEROKORA branded packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery

Any item that does not meet all of the above conditions upon inspection will not be refunded. The item will be returned to the customer at their own shipping cost.

How to Return

We have made the return process as simple as possible. To get started, you need to complete both steps below. Both are required - your request will not be reviewed until we have received your website request and your email.

Step 1 - Submit your request on our website

  1. Log in to your account at aerokora.com
  2. Go to your Orders and select the order you would like to return
  3. Click "Request Return", select the item and your reason, then submit

Step 2 - Send us an email at the same time

Email us at support@aerokora.com with the subject line: Return Request - [Your Order ID] - [Reason for Return]

Your email must include the following:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. The reason you are returning the item - please be as detailed as you like, we genuinely want to understand
  3. Clear photos of the item showing its current condition - front, back, and tags still attached

Once we receive both your website request and your email, our team will review everything carefully and get back to you within 2 to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 12 business days.

We do not charge restocking fees.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. For returns due to reasons other than defects or fulfillment errors, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, a full refund will be issued.

What We Do Not Accept

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items showing any sign of wear, washing, or use
  • Items with missing, removed, or tampered tags
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Final sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery

Any item received in violation of the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their own cost. No refund will be issued.

Wrong or Defective Item

We take full responsibility if we made a mistake or if an item arrives with a defect. If this happens to you, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Follow the same two-step process in Section 03 and use the subject line: Defective - Wrong Item - [Your Order ID]

Please include the following photos in your email:

  • A close-up photo of the defect or wrong item clearly showing the specific issue
  • A photo of the full item laid flat - front and back
  • A photo of all original tags still attached to the item
  • A photo of the original packaging as received
  • If your return is due to our error or a verified defect, we will provide a full refund and cover all return shipping costs. For returns made for personal reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
